Ariston’s foundations began in 1930 and started producing electric water heaters in 1960. Celebrating their 90th anniversary in 2020 they are now a global manufacturer of heating and hot water products that quality, efficiency and sustainability at their core.

As of April 2024 Ariston had only received 1,142 Trustpilot reviews although 56% of these were 5 star.
And despite only having a 3.7/5 “average” Trustpilot rating, according to a Which? February 2024 survey Ariston has one of the best rates of owner satisfaction at 76%.
The survey found that 90% of Ariston gas boiler owners were satisfied with their boiler. They came in joint-third highest brand for customer satisfaction and scored three percentage points above the average satisfaction score of 87%.
